At Liem Wholesale Store, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below to understand how we can assist you with your return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale items, clearance, and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return:

  2. Return Authorization:
    • Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions for sending the product back to us. Please do not send products back without prior authorization.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, except in the case of defective or damaged products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at dluu1981.hl@gmail.com with photos and details of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or damaged items.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at dluu1981.hl@gmail.com for further instructions.

Non-returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, custom-made products, and any items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after the allotted time, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company as there may be a processing delay.
